I was at the Glad Cafe in Glasgow last night. An epic gig, Nick was right on form, note perfect in every twiddle, apart from a couple of on the fly re-tunings! Voice on form and humour as good as ever. I loved every minute of it. The support acts were pretty good as well, I really enjoyed the second support, a little bit Deacon Blue with support from a dude playing a sexyphone. Great night! Wish I could get the time to catch the Edinburgh gig as well. Bought the new CD while I was there, hmm, jury's still out but I'm sure it will grow, I am just used to hearing Nick and guitar singing the songs, trying to get used to the guitaring hiding behind drums and bass, it'll take time!
