A wonderful evening and a nice weekend too, crammed with Wiltshire wanders, village pubs, suicidal pheasants, stones, Moonrakers, markets and random meetings :D

It's been a couple of years since I last saw Nick perform, and almost 4 years to the day since I was last in Marlborough for a gig... how my world has spun since then , but it was really nice to be back, bump into some familiar faces and hear a few songs I've not heard before...

... it was also nice to sip a few too many red wines and Jaeger shots, hope I was still making some kind of sense at the end Chris :D

For those interested this is the set list, as best I can recall:-

    1. Simple
    2. 'The Incredible Melting Man'
    3. 'Juicy Fruit Girl'
    4. 'The Beginning / Beginning'
    5. Guitar Man
    6. Treasure Island
    7. In Our Time
    8. Evo
    9. Avebury Song
    10. 'Sunshine (Son shine)'

I'm back up the Austrian Alps next week for 6 months, there really is no truth up there... just snow, snow and more snow! It's like living in a fridge! But I'll have a few more warm memories this year and I'll be looking forward to the summer next year, if it arrives that is
