RH cover YT
These are the best Roy covers I've heard. Absolutely superb!
"Must be an open minded Pompey fan in the face of adversity who'll cling to anyclingfilm". Bullinganamingvase...
Nice 2 c u agin NoCeleb!
Nearly as good as Nick!
Trying to figure out the "White Man" and "Don't You Grieve" covers. Sort of sounds like a cross between Brubeck and a Coffee House poetry reading.
I didn't know Victor Borge covered "White Man." Cool...
That Paco de Lucia isn't bad. (Excuse my litotes!)
Flamenco (or whatever) kind of annoys me, but I love to watch. Still waiting for my brain and fingers to agree on picking individual strings that fast where it sounds almost like easy strumming, but you know it isn't.
Doesn't Nick have a bit that sounds like flamenco? It seems like Nick can do anything on guitar, even chicken-pickin' at warp speed.
Stick a warm wet flannel over your face, sink back in the bath and put the stereo up loud. Relax!
Ludwig in Heaven?
Does anyone else notice the first image of sheet music in the Symphonic LZ "Stairway To Heaven" video is actually from Beethoven's "Fur Elise/Albumblatt?" It's one of the few pieces I actually play on piano and I recognized it instantly!
I didn't watch the whole thing. (I started to drown, Andi. NOT a good idea.) I expect there's a clip of Malcolm McDowell (mc or mac?) from "A Clockwork Orange" raving about Ludwig Van as he and his droogies send someone to the song's destination, perhaps with that Steely Dan.
Okay. Probably not...

It's just the mood I'm in....
Chas & Dave with Eric Clapton in the audience
Fingerpickinglickingly stuff! Always remember seeing a C&W band lead acoustic player in The Butt Inn at Aldermaston and was just amazed at the plectrum speed!
Reminds me a bit of the huge fire we had here in Basingstoke last night. The sky went dark like a volcanic eruption.

Got very excited in the early hours when I discovered I can view You Tube vids from my mobile! Had this phone a year and never knew. Now feel like a kid with a new toy. I guess this is not something new to most of you :blushing:
Isn't technology a vunderful thing, dahlinks.
J'amore les chevaux
I hate videos like this … in my mind this is just showing animal cruelty along with a nice piece of music !
Well I disconcur big man....the horse prevails in it's amazing strong representation of beauty. We are lesser mortals in comparison.
The beauty of the beast is in the eyes of the beholder methinks. The beauty of the relationship between humans / animals is love at it's purest. Do you love your Employer making you sit at a computer desk all day? Have you ever had a pet which will do anything you command? An intrinsic, innate synergy of reciprocal nature at it's best. Even if we don't know what the nature of nature is; there are definite indefinable links somehow which manifestly exhibit themselves.
Ask Roy/Tracey if he's ever had a pet and his thoughts maybe.....?
Loudon's song about a cat sitting into the night reaching incredible speeds of communication springs to mind.
PS I must admit I did not watch the whole vid through..they don't eat the horses at the end do they? Those Frogs!
