Imaginary Friend

Nick plays this in D but who knows if it actually is D what with his unique tuning of his strings.

From listening to the album with a "normally" tuned guitar A 440 then it's in F but playing it in F it's harder to play the fancy pants stuff Nick palys in the instrumental section.

Any road up playing it on a normal guitar these are the chords

F, C (first inversion), Dm, B flat, C plus a run on the C chord shape for the "all I ever do is dream" bit

From watching the wee clip

From watching the wee clip of Nick on TV it looks like he plays Imaginary Friend in a normal tuning but in the key of D or maybe G (I'm not very good at these things it has to be said) any road up from the little bit I saw this is what I think he used but I haven't tried it with a guitar yet seeing as how I'm at work (one of these days I'm going to get a guitar for work just for these very occasions. D, E, E7, funky chord, D, nother funky chord am7 shape slid a couple of frets up Check it out n' best of luck.
