![]() I've already got a blog elsewhere, and am woefully inept at maintaining it any more than once a week, so the chances of using this space any more frequently are slim-to-nil-to-hope-in-hell. We shall see. Just don't hold your breath. Hold somebody else's. It will warm your hands up. What I'll most likely do is just keep this ticking over with things related to the family Harper and those musical dabblings I have which tread in similar territory to Roy and his boy. I'll spare you the delights of avant garde progressive skiffle, or whatever label 'The Lunacy Board' no doubt end up with, as music like "Xenochronous Requiem For A Head Laying In A Field In Butler" will almost certainly be of little interest (and possibly subject of some degree of horror or revulsion) to those of a gentler acoustic disposition. Of course, if you like your music on the eclectic side of the fence, veering from doo-wop and folk to free improvisation and atonal rock, then you're welcome to pop over to www.lunacyboard.com to see just what I'm waffling on about. Our song "The Unofficial National Anthem" is one of the Stormcock 'Splinters', and probably sits around the middle of our spectrum of sound - easier listening than some, but we do have some more simple songs on the boil.
