So then, Roydan, was it a nice B&B, and more importantly, how was the gig (or should it be the other way around?:D).

It was nice, The Willows Guest House. We arrived around 17:00 found the place easily enough. Had a cup of tea and played Bluetooth Battleships with my girlfriend anxiously waiting. After I whooped her at that :willy_nilly: we went to the pub next door and played some pool met some of the locals, had a subway then managed to get second in the queue.
Initially the gig started with technical faults during 100 Things, scruggs peg tuning issue and what sounded like a faulty connection\joint on the electrics on the guitar, to which Nick announced "Am I the only one squirming at the moment". I think he may have been worried as the venue attracts it's own following that relies on who the promotor books. I think the Harper Virgins out weighed the Harpernauts, to which Nick announced "There is going to be a hanging in the morning", in a south west American accent.
However, in true Nick style, managed to turn the venue and everyone in attendance on their heads with 90 minutes plus of old and new material with a string break during Karmageddon. The new songs from The Last Guitar were met with great response, the radio pickup was go and the new off stage dance moves were awesome ha ha. I have coined it, The Lowden Waltz all of which added further entertainment to what was an excellent performance.
We went for a few beers afterwards and I got remarkably drunk on Stella playing pool with my GF, Nick and Tank. If you can apologise on my behalf for anything I may have said and done I'd be most grateful :angelsad2: not only does he make my guitar playing sound tame, he can also shoot a mean black. Is there any end to the boys talents :confused1:

The Lowden Waltz...that's good! Will remember that.
Nick has amazing powers for a number of things. Miracle how he manages to keep it all together, night after night.
