Hi all new to the forum. Saw Roy first time at YCND Roundhouse in 1969. Whenever I have mentioned this to him he always asks if Boz Skaggs was on the programme, I can't remember, it was 24 hours of music with dozens of performers, so if you were there let Roy know if you have the info. Back to my question, I have had an email from Colston Hall Bristol stating that Joanna Newsom is performing there on 16th September. Is Roy supporting her on this gig? Haven't seen him since Newport in 2007.

Hi - just on a personal level - I hope NOT !! That date is the same weekend as the Clonakilty Guitar Festival ... and although Roy hasn't played in Clon for a while ... the whole vibe won't be the same for us, if we can't bump into him now and again during the week !!

I've got tickets for her August show here in Oakland, California, and all I can say is, Roy better be here too! ;)
