Anyone on this and been having major probs since Sunday? I have been practically going into meltdown! And they're techie people keep baffling me with with geeky stuff. If they weren't all so bloody highly trained in customer relations I'd murder them, but they're all so damned nice it's hard to have an argument!

I wrote a nasty letter to O2 just before Christmas and then I got a phone call back about it. They haven't fixed the problems but they did give me 20 quid off my next bill. Think I'll write another letter next month...! :)

Yes, these phone companies do seem okay with paying compo if you ask. But for me, I am lost without 24/7 WnW! I start having bad withdrawal symptoms. But it's OK now, although they didn't know what prob was, and it's really going a lot faster too. Zippo!

Yes, I've heard the Iphone has its problems.

But my WnW are sorted. And compensation!

Too right! I had to negotiate the deal. I asked, they offered a figure, I said not enough, they asked what I wanted, I said, we ended on a figure midway!

Think I might call the guy back about mine. The problem still isn't sorted really so I'll try and get a few more quid out of them! Another month or two's line rental would come in handy and pay for a couple of gigs!
