Couldn't get anything reasonable for the O2, so it had to be Manchester, on the 17th June.
Anyone else seeing the lad on this tour ?

Considered the Edinburgh Castle gig but it's over £50! I'm not that big a fan, just wanted to know more...

Neil Young wasn't cheap either, but you did get a 40 odd minute set from Mrs Young, an hour of Neil accoustic and then 100 mins of electric Neil.
No idea what to expect from Len - the last few releases have been Ok but as he hasn't toured for 15 years and he's now 72 (or 73), this could be the last time.
I used to be ambivalent about various artists (Nico, Bob Calvert) but then they stopped being there and you think, hmmmm, maybe I should have made an effort to see them. It's not like going to the Tate, or Baltic, and the "art" is still there. Or maybe it is in the records, but live is where it's at for me.

Yeah, I was gutted that I was broke when these tix came out and I couldn't afford to go. :blushing: 2008 is my year of fiscal responsibility or so I've been told!

Bagged tickets for Edingburgh. Bit apprehensive as he's knockin on now. Neil however was fantastic and worth every penny
