Following the total rock feature about this via Adey Gibbs, who wrote the review about Treasure Island, I found the following site with videos of Tori Amos and Bob Dylan responding to hecklers. Scroll further down and the title Noisy Punters reflects on Roy Harper handling a noisy woman at the 100 club
