Donation button

I've added what I hope is an inoffensive Donation button to the bottom of the page to let people send donations via PayPal. If you have the means and the will to help with the running costs of the site, I'll be most appreciative of anything you can do to help. However, it's entirely voluntary - this is a labour of love for me, so I will not be in the least offended if nobody donates at all, and I won't mention it again!
