Hello everyone, I'm new, still finding my way around.. I'm a singer/songwriter/guitarist from Basingstoke, I play solo and with my own band "THAT Nadeen White Experience" I also sing in a jazz burlesque band called Lucifer Jazz And The Love Rats and I occasionally make an appearance with The Raz Brothers and The Marvels.. I have an alter-ego that fronts another band, but thats a story for anyone whos interested enough to do some digging!

Hi Nadeen,

I can remember when you posted your first message on this forum, back in November 2008 ... but I must admit I didn't look at your links .... but oh boy oh boy oh boy ... I wish I had !!

I saw you last night in Reading supporting Nick and I thought you were excellent ... I've seen hundreds of Nicks gigs over the years and take most support acts as being just that ... and never really follow up on any or look their details up ... apart from Modern Eulogy from the Sheffield ... and now you !!

While watching your set and listening to your amazing voice ( & interesting outfit ) I thought that Nick should really get you as his regular support act for a tour in the future ... I think you'd go down ( like you did last night ) a storm for Nick's fans !! I suggested that idea to Nick at the end and he was thinking on the same lines !! For this tour, he was obviously thinking about the Basingstoke gig ... and if that happens, then I'll definitely be there !!

When I got back last night ... I googled your name and came straight back to this thread on stormcock.net and then checked out your links and your "slightly" different pussycat persona ... and wtached/listened to every thing available until far too late this morning.

Nick's set ( which will be detailed elsewhere on this forum ) was a relatively short one ... and I would normally be slightly peeved because of that ... but your support slot made it one of the most enjoyable nights I've had for quite a while !!

Hopefully see you on the road sometime soon !!

Sorry, I havent been on here for a while, glad I logged on!

Thanks so much, I'm glad you enjoyed my set, and it was the first time I've seen Nick so it was a bonus to get to see him for the first time and support him as well!! He completely blew me away! I've never seen/heard anything quite like that in my life.. what a force of nature! And a lovely guy to boot, now thats a rare combination! I would be really chuffed if I get to do some more gigs with Nick and hope this Basingstoke one comes through.. obviously though because of the other bands I'm in it might make it difficult to properly go on tour to support him. Regardless of my playing at basingstoke with him I'm going along anyway... I need to make sure that what I saw wasnt just The Rum playing tricks on my mind agian haha!

Georgia is good, Andi. Check her out. She is on several of the dates with Nick. They share the same agent who booked the tour.

I was informed (and have now seen) that in Thursdays Basingstoke Gazette it says I am supporting Nick at Central Studio on 28th.. who should I contact to confirm this? I dont know if the Gazette just heard some gossip and decided to print, or this is in fact what is happening.. of course I hope it's true! But you just can't trust what you read in the papers ha!

Anybody know anything?
