PD/

Just posted to the Forum and the time is coming up as two hours hence?
Also finding it difficult to get back to the 1980's Poll on the Forums as it does not seem to pop up with the rest of the Forums, is there an archive of threads not replied to for some time which expire or something?

This is set in your User CP, Andy, go into Edit Options and scroll down to date/time, then select (GMT).. and auto detect daylight saving options.

Each user can have their own timezone since of course I have no way of knowing what their local time is. The server should set things up for new users as being on GMT with auto detect but when I first set up the board I think I had it wrong.

I'm not seeing an issue with the 1980s poll, though do note that it won't show up as having new items unless someone posts to the thread rather than just adding to the poll.

Actually, honoured gatekeeper of the Harper Universe, I hate to disagree with you but, as I type my PC is saying "1132, 1132, 1132 ..." and I bet when I press "Post" it'll come up as 1.33 pm.

My PC clock is set to GMT and updates automatically. And as I edit this, the PC time is 1255.

I'm pressing post ... now.

See?

Like I said, Steve, this is stored per-user and you could have fixed it yourself in your user control panel. I've gone in and done it for you.

But you didn't say 'control panel' in this forum. (yes - I know it's obvious now :) )

Like Steve I thought you meant the control panel/regional settings on the PC itself.
