Some good tuition on there which is well needed but find it hard to keep up! Perhaps it's that age=related thing again..?!

Concentration, concentrate....to actually sit down for a certain period of time and become a student again I find very hard as minds seem to wander the older you get. Particularly if you have to do it repetitively for a long while trying to absorb it. Anyone else experience this? Like watching the fly climbing the wall and start thinking of nature and quantum physics etc.. It's all Roy's fault of course in his rambling digressions having affected us all...
