My spontaneous comment as he finished "Another Day" was "Thank you Roy - spellbinding". SWMBO went "Eh?" as if I was mad. I think it helped that it was such a familiar, much-loved song with brilliant lyrics and such an intimate performance.

Wonderful stuff to see so much of Roy recently. He's certainly travelling around a bit these days and his face looked a bit tired under the eyes. But Another Day has been an old time fav for many a decade/girlfriend and I get instantly transported back to cosy loving memories.

Although I prefer to keep him as my little national treasure/secret...all this publicity is a bit of an anathema to me! ;> " He's here for us all and he's ours!"
