for me, these records and the peace they bring are golden. I have only been able to replace the first 2 and a McGoohan's blues that we listen to first thing on coming in when its too much outside, here in the city. we ( as in i and 3 little ones!!) all wait for minute 13 for the rainbow bliss ride. My son, who is 3, he likes to repeat " he's a smash" over and again on that one.
I was lucky enough , quite by surprise, to see Roy at a bar in Philadelphia in 98 or 99. It was a moment when someone said.. hey look Roy Harper is playing tonight, isnt that from the led zeppelin.. or something.. and hey! let me see that newspaper! In the end he didn't like the house beer and demanded a guinness. It was a lucky time! Ojala! when i can get the other records again.

Welcome to the site, Nina! McGoohans blues is a wonderful piece. Actually I am awaiting the delivery of the new remastered DVD box of the Prisoner in the next few days and then I will be walking in Patrick McGoohans footsteps once again for a while. A wonderful series that covers a lot of very relevant themes. I wish TV would take those sorts of risks these days.

Anyway... I hope you enjoy the site!

    Paul.
