Just thought I'd send greetings to everyone (from here in Manchester). Listened to Roy for 20+ years and first met him nearly 20 years ago, and it took me almost that long to complete my vinyl/CD collection. As a fellow Manchester City fan, I interviewed him for the City fanzine I used to edit, which is how I came to first meet him. Met him many times since at various concerts up, down and around the country, although it was a year or so ago at Sheffield City Hall that I last spoke to him. Saw him at the Albert Hall supporting some oddball harpist, and I don't think he's played live since.
