What with the holiday mood in the orifice here (we've eaten 4 large tins of Quality Street and some cake this week) and the Panto season is upon us and i spotted a message on this here forum this morning about how the writer thought our Nick bears some resemblance to Prince Charming in Shrek Trouble is I'm dwanged if I can find the original message on the forum, so here's my stab at putting Nick in Prince Charming's clothing. Enjoy.... http://homepage.mac.com/fuzzytnth3/trapdoor/nickcharming-01.jpg
I thank you with a bit more time I maybe could've got the centre parting to be in the centre of Nick's head!!
I whole heartedly agree! Does anyone remember the Camrem one I did? Mine wasn't as good, but possibly was as disturbing. I'll have to see if I can find it!
Say Critch how do get the image to embed in the message? I tried doing that with this bit of html <img src="http://homepage.mac.com/fuzzytnth3/trapdoor/nickcharming-01.jpg"> but it didn't work for me
You can't use html for obvious reasons (too easy to mess up the whole page layout), instead you use "bbcode" and in fact there is a little "insert image" button at the top of the edit panel that does it for you:
Embeding images There is a button under the "undo" arrow at the top. This will bring up the correct tags. They will be something like below only I've had to alter the brackets from [ and ] to < and > so it doesn't confuse the decoder. <IMG>Insert URL here</IMG> (using square brackets) The trick with the old forum was to find an emoticon site and use their URLs to do the same thing - increasing the number of emoticons you could use in one post and also adding to the variety. Oh yes, a great deal of fun was had... If Paula's in a good mood, she might even show you her "Harpicon"!
Nah ha I see now silly me Also I confuzzed myself by using the quick reply option which doesn't have as many options :blushing:
