Sad News...:crying: for fans of The Firesign Theatre. Comedian and Satirist, Peter Bergman has passed away suddenly from complications of Leukemia. His last Podcast was just days ago on Super Tuesday here in the States. It came as a complete surprise to most of us. Peter was born in 1939 and was proud to have been an intern in the Kennedy Administration before he headed west to begin Radio Free Oz with 3 (or 4) othe "Crazee Guys" who would later become The Firesign Theatre. Irreverent, Satirical, many discovered their brilliant humor before Carlin, Python, SNL, and Cheech and Chong all became superstars. Like Roy, their gift is in the intellect of their words.
