Roy at Clonakilty 2011
Some great pictures of Roy here.
Harps at The Sage, September 2010
The companion to an earlier pic
ShaunI-- Lots of great photos since the last time I checked, Thanks.
Jonnie B-- Anyone notice the "Angelic" quality of the combined Harps?
I think Roy is actually getting younger now that he's "retired." I certainly hope he feels that way. With all his experience and accomplishments, Roy has more potential than ever!
Skinners Bottom (titter ye not) June 1987
Skinners Bottom again
...and three more
Did anyone else out there go to this Festival?
We got three (different) sets from Roy over the weekend and on the last day he got dragged up - reluctantly as I recall - to join a jam session with some of the other performers. He did a duet with Billy Mitchell (on the left), memory's a bit vague here but as I recall he said it was an Elvis song and that it was the first song he ever sang on stage. Haven't a clue what song it was, and I can't remember who the other two on stage are.
I've got a set of colour pictures from here, but they're on slides (the above were photographed from the slides projected onto a screen - very high tech). I'll post them if I ever get round to having them scanned.
The bloke on Roy's immediate left has got a bit of the Cliff Richard about him.
A couple of stills from Made.

Really like this Maxine Moss portrait of Nick from the Voewood literary/music festival last year... it makes him look positively distinguished

Nice pic of Roy reposted...

Here's one from the Bridgewater Hall last week. I've got a few more which I'll post in some form or other.
