Flying High? ShaunI-- Lots of great photos since the last time I checked, Thanks. Jonnie B-- Anyone notice the "Angelic" quality of the combined Harps? I think Roy is actually getting younger now that he's "retired." I certainly hope he feels that way. With all his experience and accomplishments, Roy has more potential than ever!
...and three more Did anyone else out there go to this Festival? We got three (different) sets from Roy over the weekend and on the last day he got dragged up - reluctantly as I recall - to join a jam session with some of the other performers. He did a duet with Billy Mitchell (on the left), memory's a bit vague here but as I recall he said it was an Elvis song and that it was the first song he ever sang on stage. Haven't a clue what song it was, and I can't remember who the other two on stage are. I've got a set of colour pictures from here, but they're on slides (the above were photographed from the slides projected onto a screen - very high tech). I'll post them if I ever get round to having them scanned.
Really like this Maxine Moss portrait of Nick from the Voewood literary/music festival last year... it makes him look positively distinguished  http://www.flickr.com/photos/22206841@N00/6109908272/

Here's one from the Bridgewater Hall last week. I've got a few more which I'll post in some form or other.
